1. Guests using this Hotel are required to comply with the following regulations in accordance with Article 10 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions. Please note that guests not complying with these regulations will be refused accommodation in accordance with Article 7 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions.
2. Check-in time
Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
Entry to the Hotel (all facilities) before check-in time is not permitted.
3. Check-out time
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out: Until 12:00 noon. A separate charge of 2,000 yen (incl. tax) per hour applies.
Guests wishing to use late check-out must apply in advance (during check-in as a rule).
Please lock your door whenever you are in your room, and not just when you are sleeping.
Make sure your door is locked whenever you leave your room during your stay.
Take care near windows and balconies. We can take no responsibility whatsoever for unexpected accidents to Guests. Please check emergency escape routes ahead of time.
5. Guest room use
Guest rooms should not be used for business purposes (exhibits, other) or other non-accommodation purposes without the permission of the Hotel (all facilities). Outdoor shoes may not be worn inside. Please remove them at the entrance. Actions that will inconvenience other Guests and local residents, such as singing loudly or shouting, in the room or around the facilities, are strictly prohibited.
6. Use of furnishings and equipment
Do not relocate the fixtures inside the room, construct features, make modifications, other major changes to the current state without the without the permission of the Hotel (all facilities). Do not take out any of the accessories or equipment in the room. Compensation for the appropriate amount will be demanded for any loss, damage, or dirtying of the building, furniture, equipment, or other items due to anything other than force majeure.
7. Use of the kitchen
Guests are free to use all amenities in the kitchen. Please return everything to their places and empty the refrigerator before departure.
8. Use of the toilet
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
9. Use of equipment using open flames
Gas stoves and other equipment that uses open flames must not be used in the rooms or corridors without the permission of the Hotel.
10. Use of lighting equipment
Please do not hang clothing or laundry on lighting equipment.
11. Use of blades
Please note that the Hotel (all facilities) can take no responsibility whatsoever for any injuries or trouble caused by the use of blades such as the knives provided in guest rooms.
12. Rubbish disposal
Please dispose of rubbish during your stay in the rubbish bin provided in your room. This will be taken care of after you check out, so please do not put rubbish outside the room. Please cooperate with rubbish sorting. Please follow the rules about sorting rubbish.
・Burnable: Kitchen waste, paper, wood, clothing, etc.
・Non-burnable: Glass, ceramics, metal, etc.
・Plastics: Plastic wrapper, plastic bottle caps, etc.
・Recyclables: Bottles, cans, PET bottles, newspapers, etc.
Make sure that bottles and plastic containers are empty, and wash them if they are heavily soiled. Cardboard (shoeboxes, etc.), newspapers, magazines, and so on should be folded and tied with string. Do not throw out or discard large waste (suitcases, furniture, bicycles, strollers, and other large items). Charges for disposal of large waste will be billed separately.
13. Overnight guests
Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted unless the permission of all the parents or guardians of those minors wishing to stay has been obtained. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight or enter the building. In principle, use of guest rooms by more than the contracted number of persons (room capacity) is prohibited. Any guest(s) found using a room in excess of the contracted number of persons (room capacity) without having made notification of the same will be charged additional costs for the extra person or people.
14. Changes to accommodation dates
Please contact the hotel front desk ahead of time if you need to change your accommodation dates.
Please meet visitors outside the Hotel (all facilities).
16. Managing belongings
Do not abandon or discard large rubbish such as suitcases or strollers. If any of these are left in your room after you check out, you will be billed the actual disposal costs plus a handling fee of 10,000 yen (including tax).
17. Getting deliveries
Please refrain from getting deliveries of any sort, including food and drink. Please refrain from using deliveries while staying at the Hotel (all facilities).
If you have already ordered something, please note that the Hotel cannot be responsible for accepting deliveries.
The entire building, including guest rooms, is smoke-free (there are some facilities which offer smoking spaces). Please do not do anything else that could cause a fire. Note that if you are discovered to have been smoking, such as the Hotel finding cigarette butts, you will be billed a separate cleaning charge (the actual cleaning outsourcing costs plus a handling fee of 10,000 yen (including tax).
19. Balcony, emergency stairs
Guests are prohibited from going onto the balcony or the emergency stairs unless there is an emergency.
Use of additional services
1. Room cleaning
Room at this Hotel (all facilities) are not cleaned during your stay, only after you check out.Additional room cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra charge.Contact the Front Desk between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. the day before your desired cleaning date.
2. Collection of room rubbish
Rubbish at this Hotel (all facilities) is not collected from your room during your stay, only after you check out. If you wish, you can have rubbish collected during your stay. Contact the Front Desk between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm on the day you wish to have it collected.
3. Additional towels / Collecting towels
Room towels at this Hotel (all facilities) are not added or replaced during your stay, only after you check out. The provision and collection of extra towels in your room during your stay can be arranged for an extra charge.This falls under additional cleaning.Contact the Front Desk between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. the day before your desired cleaning date.
4. Additional bedsheets / Replacing bedsheets
Bedsheets at this Hotel (all facilities) are not added or replaced during your stay, only after you check out. The provision and collection of extra bedsheets in your room during your stay can be arranged for an extra charge.This falls under additional cleaning.Contact the Front Desk between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. the day before your desired cleaning date.
Valuables and deposited items
1. Depositing valuables and luggage
There is a safe in your room. For safety, the Hotel recommends that you keep your valuables, cash, etc. in this safe. However, you are responsible for checking that they are secure during the period you use the safe. Please note the Hotel shall not provide compensation for any loss, etc. that may occur during your use of the safe. The Hotel (all facilities) cannot hold Guest baggage before check-in time or after check-out time. Nor can the Hotel accept forwarded baggage arriving ahead of time.
2. Theft of luggage
The Hotel (all facilities) cannot take any responsibility for any loss, theft, etc. on the Hotel premises, regardless of whether you are a guest or not.
3. Handling lost property
The Hotel (all facilities) will handle lost property found in the hotel in accordance with the Lost Property Act. If you wish to collect lost property from the Hotel during the holding period, please visit the facility the Hotel directs. If you wish to have the Hotel (all facilities) post your lost property, you will need to pay postage charges when it arrives. If charges arise in the disposal of your lost property, you will be billed the actual disposal costs plus a handling fee of 10,000 yen (including tax).
1. Payments for services
Payments for accommodation charges or additional services at the Hotel must be made in cash or with a credit card.
2. Other payments
The Hotel (all facilities) cannot pre-pay for anything you purchase, including shopping, tickets, taxis, postage stamps, luggage forwarding, and so on.
Banned items and actions
1. Banned items
・Animals, birds, and other pets (service dogs are permitted)
・Gunpowder, volatile oils, or other flammable items; incendiary objects
・Objects emitting a foul odor
・Items that are banned from being imported or owned in Japan by law or ordinance
・Other items that the Hotel (all facilities) deems inappropriate for its business
2. Speech, conduct, actions
・Actions that disturb morals, including gambling; other speech, conduct, or actions that cause annoyance to other guests
・Distribution of advertisement or publicity materials, sales of goods, solicitation, etc.
・Photography in the public spaces of the hotel without the permission of the Hotel (all facilities), or the use of photographs taken within the Hotel for commercial purposes.
・Using mobile phones in inappropriate places talking in loud voices, or other actions that might cause other annoyance to or disturb other guests.
・Other actions that the Hotel (all facilities) deems inappropriate for its business
3. Concerning organized crime or conduct disruptive of social order
・The Hotel prohibits usage of its facilities by all organizations or individuals designated as being affiliated with organized crime, in accordance with the laws for the prevention of organized criminal activities, enacted March 1st, 1992. Parties being found liable to this law will be refused usage of the premises at all times.
・The Hotel (all facilities) also refuses usage of its facilities by anti-social organizations and their individual members, including members of organized crime groups, radical groups, or their individual members. Parties being found liable to this law will be refused usage of the premises at all times.
・In the event any act of violence, threats, intimidation or unjust demands occurs, offenders shall be refused usage of the Hotel immediately, as well as any future usage.
・Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who exhibit conduct that may cause fear, anxiety or injury to other Guests, or individuals unable to care for themselves or who may be mentally unstable or of a dangerous nature, will be refused usage of the Hotel.
・The Hotel will immediately refuse usage of the facilities to any individual who has caused or is causing other Guests anxiety or disruption through belligerent, loud or improper or inappropriate conduct, including those engaged in gambling or other activities detrimental to public order and morals. Persons acting in ways similar to those above will also be refused usage of the Hotel.
4. Other points to note
・Anyone not leaving the Hotel (all facilities) in accordance with instructions may be reported to the relevant authorities, such as the police. No money will be refunded in such a case.
・The Hotel cannot take any responsibility for accidents related to use, any loss or theft of luggage or keys, or problems between guests.
・Use of the Hotel (all facilities) may not be permitted in the event of an unexpected situation such as a natural disaster or when necessary for operation.
・When an emergency necessitates an evacuation, follow the instructions from the hotel broadcasting and staff, and remain calm.
